The Harton Heatboard TWIN Hydraulic Interface Unit transfers heat from the hot water from the main central boiler plant to the heating load via one heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger provides thermostatically controlled water to the hot outlets in the dwelling. The standard unit does not require an electrical supply, which reduces installation time and costs. |

Method of Operation
Flow temperature to the secondary circuit is controlled by a thermostatic valve regulating the flow of primary hot water to that heat exchanger.
Outlet temperature to the hot water taps is controlled by an adjustable high-flow thermostatic valve.
The differential pressure regulator on the primary circuit controls the flow rate of the primary supply to the heat exchangers. The heat meter is optional.
