Plumbing System 12 This unit is designed to meet the needs of the flat or house that has electric supply only.
Plumbing Unit with indirect hot water, boosted hot and cold water, sealed heating system and integrated electric boiler.
This unit includes the following:
- Sealed cold water storage tank with ball valve and overflow connection
- Insulated hot water cylinder with back up immersion heater
- Integrated twin 1.5 bar negative head pump boosting the hot and cold water services (larger duty pumps available)
- Integrated electric boiler including the heating pump (illustration shows 2 boilers)
- Sealed expansion vessel and filling loop
- Interconnecting pipe work and isolation valves between the storage tank and hot water cylinder including a cold down service
- Interconnecting pipe work and electrical control valves between the boiler, cylinder and heating flow and returns.
The unit also includes all the electrical wiring terminating into a wiring centre mounted on the unit. A programmer and room stat can be supplied loose for wiring (by others) from their remote location into the integrated wiring centre.
This unit requires power (by others) from a consumer unit wired directly into the boiler control panel, two 5amp spurs, one to the integrated wiring centre, the other to the domestic booster pump, and a 3Kw power supply to the immersion heater, an incoming water main, overflow connection, distribution heating flow and return and domestic hot and cold water services connections.
